·  If We Give you any Sightseeing Which is Include in Itinerary But That Sightseeing Place is not Operational or not Open In That Case We will Give any other Nearby Sightseeing Under same KM.We Will not Refund anything for this

·  Any Extra Person above 5 years (Other than mentioned in the above booking details) will be chargeable as per the Hotel policy at the time of Check In

·   Any change in Government Taxes/Policies may result in change in Tariff

·  Early Check In and Late Check Out are subject to availability and maybe chargeable by the hotel

·  It is mandatory for guests to present a valid photo identification upon check in

·  We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

·   Conditions Applied

·  Cancellation Policy – Non-Refundable

·  No refund will be made and company will not be responsible for any unused accommodation, missed, meals, transportation segments, missed sightseeing tours or any other service which is include in your tour package

·  The Itinerary is Fixed and Cannot be Changed, Transport Shall be Provided as per the itinerary and will not be at Disposal

·  Check inn & Check out as per hotel policy also food menu as per hotel chef choice (thali/buffet)

·  Vehicle AC Will not Work at Hilly Places

·  No refund will be made and company will not be responsible, if the services & amenities of hotel /Vehicle will not be up to the guest/client expectations, so that if they demand to change the hotel/Vehicle, they have to pay extra cost (at own responsibility)

·  No refund will be made and company will not be responsible if Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances / strikes etc. is to be bear by client, which is directly payable on the spot.

·  No refund will be made and company will not be responsible If any sightseeing missed due to natural calamity, heavy rush/traffic, political closure, technical fault, government rules/ Guidelines/policy, permit obtaining issue, personal health, VIP Movement, strike, government rallies etc We will not refund any amount to client/guest and will give alternate sightseeing

·  No refund will be made and company will not be responsible in case of any Accident, Death, Health issue related to Corona Virus or any other virus or infection ARS Tours & Hotels team members will not be responsible 

·  At religious, Crowdy areas, Ghats, markets or prime location guest have to walk, vehicle will drop the parking areas only guest will take rickshaws/auto (at own)

·  No refund will be made and company will not be responsible in case of any sightseeing missed due to what so ever reason ARS Tours & Hotels will provide alternate sightseeing but will not refund anything to client



·  No refund will be made and company will not be responsible if Hotel deny check in for what so ever reason in that company will try to provide similar category hotel at same rates or if you demand upgraded hotel in that cost extra cost will be pay by guest directly on the spot

·  No refund will be made and company will not be responsible if Tour Will be Canceled because of Government Guidelines.

·  Compensation will not be paid for changes or cancellations caused by Acts of God (Force Majeure), war, threat of war, riot, civil strike, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or man-made disaster, fire, technical problems to transport, closure or congestion of airports, strikes or other industrial action, adverse weather conditions or any other event beyond the Company’s control like Government Corona Virus Guidelines and other rules

·  Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments / museums (not included in tour cost) (all, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges  by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.

·  We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, coronavirus , medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.

·  We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred  directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents. 

·  All the customers are strongly recommended to check and verify their booking thoroughly once they receive the e- mail confirmation from ARS Tours & Hotels. Please contact our travel experts if there is any incorrect or incomplete information, which needs to be altered or changed. In case of any changes or amendments, certain elements of the holiday package are non-refundable. We cannot be held responsible if inaccuracies are not notified by the passenger within 1 day of sending out the booking confirmation.

·  No refund will be provided for the unutilized services.

·  If you avail any service which is not included in the Holiday package or get yourself upgraded, then the payment for the same will have to be cleared by you directly. Please note that, porterage, tips, gratuities, room service, laundry, excess baggage charge, á la carte meals, alcoholic beverages and soft drinks, paid toilets etc. are not included unless specifically mentioned as included.

·  The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for quarantine, Isolation, corona tests, any damages, loss, baggage loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown, or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by the passengers. We reserve the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, flight, bus, ship or other services.

·  Please note that the air-conditioner will not work in high hills. Also, sometimes due to extreme weather conditions the same may not seem to be very effective.

·  Complimentary early check-in or late check-out will be subject to availability at the discretion of the hotel.

·  In case the customer makes any changes in their accommodation while on the domestic tour, ARS Tours & Hotels shall not refund or pay compensation in any manner whatsoever. The customer would also be liable to pay any additional sum that is required to be paid consequent to the previously mentioned changes made in the accommodation.

·  There are no refunds payable for any unutilized or partially utilized services (e.g. Airline tickets, Meals, Entrance Fees, Optional Tour, Hotel, Vehicle Sightseeing, volvo services etc.)

·  In today’s time, the government can make any changes at any time, keeping in mind Covid 19 such as Lockdown, night curfew, Quarantine, Isolation etc. so in such cases the company will not be responsible for anything nor will refund anything and extras will be pay by guest directly by their own.


General Information: –


·  Please Maintain the timing for the sightseeing / transfers which will be advisable by our executive / Driver.

·  Vehicle and Driver Service Will Start from 9 am and End at 7 pm

·  The Tour Executive reserves the rights to make changes or omit any place of visit, if it becomes necessaryry due to bad weather, bad road, strike or band, security reason, Government Corona Guidelines etc.

·   Kindly inform us if the guests are senior citizens or have health related issues (like arthritis, heart problems etc.) or any such matter which might need special arrangements. Some itineraries will not be suitable for them and we will suggest accordingly.

·  The security concerns, driver’s working hours etc. will be kept in mind while planning the tour and sightseeing.

We try to ensure that the sightseeing points do not fall on a closing day. In case due to an inevitable situation if the sightseeing falls on a closing day, it will have to be lleft out. Conducting that particular tour or sightseeing point the next day will be subject to time availability. Weather in the region is unpredictable. We have kept your sightseeing related with nature flexible
